There are over 15 measurements we take to ensure your suit fits great. When you create an account, you'll be able to add your measurements to your profile.

You can also schedule an appointment for a virtual fitting through Zoom.

The average lead time is 4 to 5 weeks. Every order is made based on your measurements, so your suit is made from scratch.

While we wish we could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

No. We don't recommend using those measurements as every tailor and store have different methods of measuring.

It is normal for body measurements to be different than garment sizes.

The most common difference is the waist and leg measurement. My jeans size is 36x32 but my actual waist measures 39.5" and my pant leg length is 40".

You can customize every single detail on your suit to make it unique. From the lining, buttons, pockets, lapel, to the color of the stitching.

Yes, we are able to make custom linings using your own art or logo for an additional charge.

Yes, we are able to make garments using fabric you provide. On average, a suit requires 4 to 5 yds² of fabric, but this depends on your size.

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information.

We don't accept returns or offer refunds as every suit is based on your measurements and customizations.

However, manufacturing errors do occur rarely. If you believe we made a mistake with your order, please contact us within 10 days of having received your order for assistance.

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

Yes, a third party tailor can make alterations to your suit at your own expense.

Typically there is enough fabric on the jacket and pants to let out up to 2".

Yes, some of our suits are made of 100% synthetic fabrics such as viscose or polyesther.

Yes, we can make suits for women.

However, the measuring process is more complex and additional fittings might be necessary to guarantee a perfect fit. For this reason, we only offer women suits with in-person fittings.

Yes, we can make suits for children. However, we don't recommend it since children tend to go through growth spurts and their measurements can change between ordering and receiving the suit.
